My Journey

In December 2023, I stepped on a scale for the first time in months.

199 pounds.

As a gym owner, I knew exactly how far I had drifted from taking care of myself. I spent years hiding under baggy sweatshirts, hoping no one would notice what I was struggling with.

The weight wasn't the real problem. The real problem was that somewhere along the way, I had stopped showing up for me. I had spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly putting myself last.

A business coach challenged me with a simple truth: nothing in my business was going to improve until I started taking care of the person running it.

That conversation changed everything.

Over the next 2 years, I lost 60 pounds. More importantly, I rebuilt trust in myself. I learned how to stop starting over and start creating lasting change.

I call that process coming home to yourself.

And it's the reason I created Foundation Builder.

My Method
